The short version
The calculator itself collects nothing. Every number you type — rent, room sizes, incomes, names — is processed entirely in your browser with JavaScript and is never sent to a server, stored, or shared. Close the tab and it's gone.

Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — things like how many people visit, which pages, and roughly where from. This is aggregate, anonymized usage data about visits to the site, and it is separate from anything you enter into the calculator itself, which Analytics never sees. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; you can read more about how Google handles this data atGoogle's Privacy & Terms.
Advertising
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may place and read cookies, and may use web beacons, on your browser as a result of ads shown on this site, in order to serve ads based on your visits here and to other sites.

What we don't do
- We don't require an account or ask for personal information to use the calculator.
- We don't sell any data — there isn't any of yours to sell.
