What it does
Splitroom offers three ways to divide rent — evenly, by room size (with optional bumps for a private bathroom or extra space), or by income. You enter the numbers, it does the math, and it shows every roommate's exact share instantly as you type.
What it doesn't do
There's no account, no database, and no server processing your numbers. Every calculation happens in JavaScript, in your browser. Close the tab and it's gone. See the privacy policy for the full detail on what little data is collected (mainly anonymous analytics — never what you type into the calculator).
